我們一直在尋找一款綠色的、環(huán)境友好的超低溫溫控設(shè)備，直到Stirling Ultracold公司產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)。該公司的產(chǎn)品目前只有三款，780L，105L和25L，但這三款產(chǎn)品足以使人類感到驕傲。目前，全球氣候正在變暖，世界政要為此吵的焦頭爛額，但誰也沒有坐下來評(píng)估該技術(shù)對(duì)于世界的影響。如果，全球的制冷技術(shù)都升級(jí)為stirling自由活塞技術(shù)，或許可以減緩南極冰川的融化。Stirling技術(shù)的誕生，已有200多年的歷史。我們的先輩一直在探索該技術(shù)在工業(yè)上商業(yè)化應(yīng)用的可能。直到2013年1月，stirling技術(shù)走下航空航天、軍工，電子、能源的高冷神壇，專注于生物制藥、臨床疫苗和生命科學(xué)的SU780UE超低溫冰箱，歷經(jīng)了嚴(yán)苛的測試和用戶評(píng)估后，真正走向市場。2013年5月，該產(chǎn)品榮獲國際生物和環(huán)境保護(hù)協(xié)會(huì) (ISBER’s)的“年度最佳新產(chǎn)品”獎(jiǎng)，用于表彰stirling ultracold在環(huán)境保護(hù)、節(jié)能上的突出貢獻(xiàn)。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，每年只授予唯一的一款產(chǎn)品。
Global Cooling,作為這款超低溫冰箱的制造商，與sunpower,twinbird世界上該領(lǐng)域的先驅(qū)者齊名，技術(shù)的可靠性經(jīng)過了30多年的市場檢驗(yàn)。我們一直在強(qiáng)調(diào)產(chǎn)品對(duì)于用戶的利益，那么該款超低溫冰箱的好處在哪里呢？
一、節(jié)能。這是最大的特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)也會(huì)是該行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢。我在珩澤科技的公眾微信號(hào)里曾發(fā)布過一篇文章《斯特林自由活塞技術(shù)-引領(lǐng)低溫冷藏技術(shù)的未來》，對(duì)該款產(chǎn)品節(jié)能的特性做過詳細(xì)的闡述。自由活塞技術(shù)本身，不需要液氮、不需要壓縮機(jī)制冷、不需要帕爾貼制冷，只要氦氣的壓縮、膨脹，就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的交換。我們這里引用該技術(shù)的發(fā)明者Robelt Stirling在1816年的原話：
“All my improvements for diminishing the consumption of fuel, consist of the differing forms or modification of a new method, contrivance, or mechanical arrangements for heating and cooling liquids, airs or gases, and other bodies, by the use of which contrivance heat is abstracted from one portion of such liquids, airs or gases, and other bodies, and communicated with another portion with very little loss, so that in all cases where a constant succession of heated liquids or other bodies is required, the quantity of fuel necessary to maintain or supply it is by this contrivance greatly diminished”.
